
It’s not like it has come as a surprise to anyone. Print has been slowly dying. We saw the closure of CGW, its rebirth as GFW then its ultimate demise. Today EGM is also dead. Milky’s turn at the reins was likely a last ditch effort to change the magazine and it looks like it wasn’t enough. UGO has bought 1up as expected. Unfortunately much of the staff have been laid off. The boards are reacting.
